Not every concern requires medication. Many emotional, behavioral, and adjustment challenges can be managed with therapy, coping strategies, healthy routines, family support, and medication when appropriate.

Ongoing responsibilities, life changes, and daily pressures can increase stress and make it difficult to relax, focus, or manage everyday emotions.

Persistent sadness, loss of interest, low motivation, irritability, or social withdrawal may affect daily functioning and make ordinary activities feel more difficult.

Excessive worry, nervousness, racing thoughts, and difficulty managing uncertainty can interfere with relationships, responsibilities, and overall emotional well-being.

Changes in sleep, energy, motivation, or daily routines can affect concentration, mood, productivity, and the ability to maintain a healthy balance.
